My condolences to each and every one of Margaret's family. I never knew a more "good" person in my life. She was kind and gentle and always treated me like family. I loved her! Knowing that I will never see her again in this life saddens me. But someday I will embrace her again and there will be joy! May God comfort her family and friends. Love,Rita Akron, OH

Mark & Alex everything done by you and your staff was outstanding. It was a difficult time for us, but you made everyone feel at ease. You never forgot anything we said or asked for. We are so glad Dad knew where he wanted to go. Once again Father Knows Best!

Mark, Alex & Staff Our family is very grateful for the caring and thoughtful way you handled Marian's viewing and service. We thought the work done by Patty on the pictures was tremendous as it brought out the essence of Marian & it was a nice tribute to her. The viewing set up and floral arranging was very nice, we thank you for kindly handling our every request. It was also supportive to know that all the visitors would receive a friendly welcome at the door even long after normal visiting hours. And we only see what’s not “behind the scenes”. It’s obvious these things are well done too. Your help with things beyond the funeral itself is also much appreciated.

It's never easy to lose a loved one but the kind and compassionate service that Mark and his team provided certainly reduced our burden. They were absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing. They handled every last detail so that we could spend the time grieving the loss of our father and husband. The help that my mom is still receiving from them is beyond comforting to me and my brother. Words cannot express our deepest thanks and gratitude.
