Crowley August 1, 1932 - November 14, 2022 John D. “Jack” Crowley, 90, of Beaver, formerly of Melbourne, FL, passed away surrounded by his loving family, Monday, November 14, 2022. Born August 1, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late Daniel and Mary Crowley. A U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, Jack went on to graduate from New York University, enjoying a long career as a successful business executive and small business owner. Jack drew people to him with his stories, witty puzzles, and tricks. He was a devoted husband and father with an unparalleled love and pride for his grandchildren. Jack’s happiest moments were spent surrounded by his self-proclaimed greatest accomplishment, his beautiful, loving family. We will miss his humor, laughter and pride of family. Jack is survived by his wife of 66 years, Jean Crowley; children, Jacqueline (Ed) McLaughlin, Kevin (Grace) Crowley, and Sean (Michelle) Crowley; prized grandchildren, Jack and wife Sarah, Dillon, Maggie, Nathan, Chloe, Paige, and Jake. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Joan (Tony) Ferrigno and many nieces and nephews. As per Jack’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Valley, Saints Peter and Paul Church, Beaver.
