David C. Hapach

David C. Hapach, 60, of Racoon TWP, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 20, 2022, with his loving family by his side.

Born September 27, 1962, in Rochester, he was a son of Stephen F. Hapach, Industry, and the late Lorraine (Kwasnieski) Hapach. David worked as an electrician at Curtiss Wright EMD, Cheswick, PA the past 21 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. David enjoyed working on cars and electronics. He also enjoyed vacations with family to Myrtle Beach. Above all David loved relaxing in his beach chair in the backyard enjoying the end of the day.

In addition to his father, Stephen, David will be greatly missed by his wife of 32 years, Carol (Wiltrout) Hapach; daughters, Emily Hapach and Amy Hapach; a son, Michael Hapach; brother, Brian (Nadine) Hapach; sisters-in-law Deborah (David) Hostetter, Sharon (James) Massie, and Barbara Bosworth; mother-in-law, Julia Wiltrout, along with several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine, his brother, Gary Stephen Hapach, and his father-in-law George Wiltrout.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Avenue, Midland, PA 15059, where a blessing service will take place Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 11 AM.
