Pritts Kubis, 81, formerly of Hopewell Twp., passed away peacefully at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehab, Beaver Falls, Sunday, December 27, 2020. Born July 14, 1939 in Black Twp., PA, she was a daughter of the late Israel and Fannie Phillippi Pritts. Audrey was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother who most loved spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She loved reading and crafting, especially with “plastic canvas”, and was a faithful member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Hopewell Twp., where she enjoyed playing Bingo and participating in the Niftie Fifties Club. Audrey also attended Silver Sneakers at the YMCA. Known for her wonderful sense of humor, she was a strong woman who fought cancer for over 30 years, and also battled dementia to the end. In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Raymond W. Kubis in 2014; great-grandson, Owen Kubis; and four brothers, and three sisters. She will be greatly missed by her children, David Kubis, Moon Twp., Mike (Mary Rose) Kubis, Ohioville, Bob (Terri) Kubis, Independence Twp., and Mary (Jeffrey) Huchko, Brighton Twp; grandchildren, Ashley, Bryan, Tyna, Justin, Jason (Laura), Tiffany (Chris), Steven (Marianne), Tim (Katie), Bradley (Tiffany), Allison, Ross, and Colin; 10 great-grandchildren with twin girls on the way; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services were private. Professional arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver.
